County Lines and Criminal Exploitation with Alter Ego Creative Solutions

 The criminal exploitation of children and young people and county lines is an issue all professionals should be aware of as the risks facing our communities are ever changing. We are therefore pleased to share with you that Alter Ego, the acclaimed theatre company, will be delivering this session to help us examine the issue in a creative and powerful way.

We are running 3 sessions per day each lasting 90 minutes and aimed at frontline staff and mangers. The event is particularly relevant for anyone working with children and young people being criminally exploited or at risk of becoming exploited including colleagues in, police, social work, education, health, youth work, youth offending, voluntary and statutory sector.

Places will be allocated to ensure a multi-agency mix and relevance to role. To request a place please e-mail stating a first and second choice of the date and time slot you would like to attend.

Devonport Guildhall does have free parking in very close proximity to the building. Located in a residential area, however, we ask those driving to the venue to be mindful of local residents when parking.  The Guildhall has disabled access via the rear entrance, as well as disabled toilet facilities and lift access.
