Safeguarding Supervision & Workforce Support Skills: Pre-course Preparation

1.Reflective Supervision, Tools and Templates : Research in Practice have developed a range of open access supervisor tools and templates to use based on the fundamentals of reflective support. Please follow the link below to familiarise yourself with these resources which we will be discussing on the course. They include a recording template, a preparation tool and a ‘framing the dilemma’ tool. As an open access resource please feel free to start using the materials if applicable prior to attending the course. The toolkit is a comprehensive resource so there is no need to look at every section prior to attending the training session. The aim is to familiarise yourself with the resources and for them to become an on-going point of reference for you.
